Ayurvedic Oil Pulling has been practiced for thousands of years, proven to whiten, enhance saliva, strengthen, cleanse the mouth and freshen breath with long term benefits.
Xylitol is a newer marvel in oral care, it came into use in the 1970's. It has been studied and proven to have similar benefits of oil pulling, along with the ability to make the mouth a hostile environment to the bacteria that cause decay, plaque, cavities and gum ailments.  Xylitol inhibits the growth of a particularly strong, sticky bacteria, (streptococcus mutans) which attaches itself to the teeth causing cavities a host of other ailments.

Because xylitol is not oil soluble, we’ve created a suspension so, you get xylitol in every oil pulling serving. You are able to swish and chew until it gets into all the grooves and weak spots. Eventually, dissolving with your saliva, making the oil swishing a sweet and more enjoyable experience! Because, both xylitol and oil pulling are saliva enhancers, you’ll get double the effectiveness, if you suffer from dry mouth, (another major cause of cavities!).

Directions: before use, swirl or shake the bottle, use once daily

Put a teaspoon of Xyli-Swish in your mouth and pull it through the teeth, swishing and chewing for 2-5 minutes, try working up to longer.

Expel into the trash to save your drains.

Optional, follow with brushing.
